Job Summary

The Product Supply Owner (PSO) is accountable for end‑to‑end operational performance of assigned product lines within a Business Group, ensuring reliable supply, optimized cost, and strong service delivery across the value chain. Acting as the single point of ownership for supply execution, the PSO translates Value Stream Lead (VSL) strategy into actionable plans, aligning cross‑functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational performance for assigned product lines, including service, OTIF, backlog, and inventory targets.
• Translate demand signals into executable supply plans across the value chain.
• Ensure continuity of supply while balancing cost and working capital within defined guardrails.
