**Business Unit Overview**

The Global Product Solutions (GPS) business was formed in 2024 and is responsible for the business strategy, innovation, and commercialization of BlackRock’s full investment product platform, aligning product strategies with client needs and market trends, and unlocking new growth opportunities across products.

The role sits within the Product Structuring & Solutions function that plays a critical and growing role across the firm. The team works closely with multiple stakeholders to delivering innovation across new product structures within GPS.

The team is looking to hire an Associate to support the day-to-day activities of the team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and energetic, with the ability to work across multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously.
