Position Summary
The above role is responsible for promoting and selling our products directly or indirectly to hospitals and medical professionals. The incumbent will build strong customer relations through excellent customer service.
Principal Responsibilities
Accountable for achieving business plan within assigned accounts and delivering profitable growth.Attend to doctors or KOLs (i.e Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologist) in private or government hospitals.Work directly with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks or to work with channel partners on tenders.Provide technical support, including tools maintenance, testing, directly or indirectly to field and inquiries from doctors, promptly.Assist implantations/procedures, performs follow-up closely.Resolve issues and conduct root cause analysis.Ensure strategic account plans are developed and implemented e...
