ROLE OVERVIEW
Serves as the unified gateway between the Marketing Department and the Product/R&D teams. Consolidates fragmented marketing operational requests, defines data/tracking roadmaps, and coordinates the daily support infrastructure of the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unified Gatekeeping & Intake: Serve as the sole point of contact for all product, technical, and tracking infrastructure requests originating from internal marketing functions or external ad channels.
- Requirement Structuring & Prioritization: Consolidate scattered operational requests into robust Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Evaluate business impact and establish technical priorities.
- Support Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, asset delivery flows, and task management of the broader marketing support mechanism.
