Lead a team of Product Specialists and focus on improving the job performance and sales of existing staff.
Assist the management team in sales strategy development and implementation, including developing strategic sales plans for revenue growth and customer base expansion.
Ensure revenue and margin targets are met for all NSS and Cyber products, per product mix targets.
Consistently forecast, track and close committed numbers to meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Work with internal stakeholders, not limiting to product management, engineering and support teams, to communicate client feedback and keep up-to-date on product developments and enhancements.
