Product Specialist – Vendor Data Governance

Location: Burlington, Ontario or Laval, Quebec.

What will you do?

• Initial set‑up and ongoing management of master data governance processes.
• Maintain product data via AS400 and master data management tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
• Ongoing entry, maintenance and validation of master data for new and existing products.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data elements, troubleshoot data issues.
• Respond to stakeholder requests for changes or creation of master data, manage formal validation and approval process.
• Support daily master data functions using AS400, MS Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
