Position Overview
What you'll do: - Support bespoke software products remotely and onsite when required
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve software support queries
- Own helpdesk tickets from logging through to resolution
- Manage and administer SQL-rich environments, including scripting and database administration
- Perform software testing before product releases and updates
- Deploy product upgrades, installations and new software releases
- Train and support clients on software functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive fast, effective solutions
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining excellent client communication
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
Technical requirements: - Minimum 2 years' experience working with Microsoft SQL Express / SQL Server / SQL scripting
