Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement a product sales strategy within the first six months, aligned to business objectives and market opportunities Achieve annual order intake targets while sustaining gross margins above 20% Maintain an active, qualified pipeline at no less than 3× the annual sales target Identify and pursue new market segments and customer opportunities with structured engagement plans Compile high-quality technical proposals and tenders, incorporating value-selling methodology and accurate costings Conduct site assessments and technical audits across key projects Facilitate test work programs from planning through to completion and reporting Liaise directly with process engineers, mine planners, consultants, and project houses Ensure complete and accurate project handovers to the project management team Maintain CRM accuracy with all active opportunities, forecasts, and value pitches updated weekly Submit market and competitor intelligence reports quarterly...
