Duties & Responsibilities Drive order intake to meet and exceed annual revenue targets while maintaining gross margin thresholds Manage a qualified pipeline at a minimum of 3× the annual sales target, updated continuously in the CRM Execute the full Mercuri sales cycle — from needs identification and benefit analysis through to close Compile and manage technical proposals, costings, and tender documents in line with commercial and risk policies Conduct site visits, plant assessments, and technical audits to support solution development Engage credibly with process engineers, mine planners, and EPCM consultants at client level Facilitate test work campaigns and ensure delivery against agreed client requirements Execute thorough project handovers to the project management team, ensuring scope accuracy and commercial completeness Submit regular market intelligence and competitor analysis reports Represent the business at industry events and grow the client base through proactive stakehold...
