Lead Quality Process Management to ensure quality of products, processes and services. Drive actions and initiatives that help reduce cost of coverage for NRP & DBU, impacting profitability by ensuring product improvements are being deployed in the field for all Aftermarket products (first fit, recon/new and current product), and ensuring customer downtime is kept at a minimum.
