Position Overview
Utilize advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices to be responsible for the execution of all key processes in New and Current Product space that influence Product Quality, including PPS, GPRP, and VPI. Lead Quality Process Management to ensure quality of products, processes and services. Drive actions and initiatives that help reduce cost of coverage for NRP & DBU, impacting profitability by ensuring product improvements are being deployed in the field for all Aftermarket products (first fit, recon/new and current product), and ensuring customer downtime is kept at a minimum. Drive improvements for CMI products included in the Aftermarket scope, including electrical, software and electronics. Ensure the process is delivering value to customers through effective measures and voice of the customer (VOC).
