Early engage in part-system (PRD, ERS) study during NPI, co-work with PD/Eng/SDE to standardize & enhance the material NUDD process, establish the early alarm system by analyzing the existing data and predict the risks of future supply.
Improve and standardize the IQC process and enhance the traceability capability from the E2E supply chain.
Build up the lessons learned system to drive consistency:
o Major material issues reporting, traceability, documentation & visualization, which occur/captured at Upper Stream, IQC or FATP.
o Study & research on spec alignment between critical Part/Module and System.
o Coordinate a regular platform for knowledge, practice and lessons-learnt sharing between SQE & PQE teams.
o Optimize and coordinate multiple resources (CM, Vendors, 3rd-parties) for Sourcing Inspection execution.
