We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Product Owner to join our Services team, based in Christchurch. In this role you will develop, manage and optimise our portfolio of support services to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive revenue growth and differentiate Tait in the market.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy and roadmap for support service offerings in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing services and develop new offerings through market research and customer insights.
• Own and manage the support services backlog, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, engineering and deployment teams to deliver service enhancements.
