Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Has 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner, with prior experience in a life insurance company considered a plus
• Possess and able to manage end-to-end ownership of one or more digital products.
• Capable of developing and maintaining the product vision, roadmap, and product goals.
• Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Able to make decisions during sprint planning and delivery processes.
• Ensure that sprints are executed in alignment with the product’s direction and objectives.
• Perform backlog grooming and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
• Able to maintain the quality of the team’s output and foster good collaboration.
