This role is at the heart of our product development team, focusing on delivering impactful outcomes, solving real user problems, and continuously learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

This role is assigned to our Integrations & Platforms team, connecting critical systems through boomi connectors, API, and maintaining/enhancing mission critical platforms that support ITIL , HR, Finance, and other areas of the business.

**Preferred Experience & Skills:**

+ Comfortability with low/no-code platforms.
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar) ITIL platform.
+ Familiarity with REST API protocols.
+ Familiarity with boomi (or similar) integration platform as a service.
