Overview

As a Product Owner within the Product Incubation Team, you will shape what digital products are built and why, ensuring they deliver meaningful value as EY modernizes its core ERP and finance platforms.

Working at the intersection of business needs, user outcomes, and technical feasibility, you will turn early‑stage ideas into clearly defined, value‑driven products ready to be validated, scaled, or stopped.

You will operate in fast‑moving, early‑stage product environments, leading discovery, defining product vision and scope, and guiding teams through rapid experimentation via proofs‑of‑concept, MVPs, pilots, and beta releases.
