We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist to manage production releases, deployments, and platform operations for our Whole‑of‑Government (WOG) product – LEARN. This role requires strong technical expertise in release management, vendor coordination capabilities, and the ability to ensure seamless platform operations across multiple environments whilst maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production releases from initial planning through post‑deployment follow‑up, ensuring all tickets meet readiness criteria and quality standards.
