Position Overview
About the roleProduct Specialist will serve as a bridge between Business Partners (BPs), and their business lines, and the product team. They will work collaboratively with each other, BPs and requestors, to understand the intricacies of labelling for each business line, assessing current and incoming projects for suitability, blockers faced, and creatively problem solved for workarounds to help maximise utilisation. Product Specialist will take ownership of onboarding for each of their business lines, and should be capable stakeholder managers, as well as have some grounding in data analytics or scientific experimentation. - Product support - Develop product and platform expertise, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to diagnose and resolve user issues - Product operations - Strategically optimise and scale support processes to enhance efficiency and improve the overall user experience, incorporating data-driven insights and metrics.
