Product & Trend Development Conduct market research and analyse fashion/jewellery trends to support new product development. Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and plan seasonal collections. Merchandising & Inventory Develop and manage product assortments tailored to different retail channels (online, wholesale, pop-ups, and retail stores). Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover.
