Position Overview
IT By Design is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and sales enablement across its solution portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and leadership. The PMM will be responsible for translating ITBD's offerings into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, sales-ready narratives, and market-facing campaigns. The role carries significant scope because ITBD serves MSPs through a broad portfolio spanning talent solutions, infrastructure managed services, Team GPS, executive education, and AI-focused products - making the ability to market across a multi-solution portfolio a core requirement.
