Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for all purchasing functions, negotiating with vendors for good pricings, checking & verifying PO & Invoices, coordinating on‑time deliveries from vendors, managing & controlling inventory, preparing weekly / monthly Purchasing / Sales reports (Ship / Debit) and preparing sales order entry and shipments.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Mature individual who is able to work independently
