Position Overview
**What You Will Do:**
+ Lead portfolio marketing strategy for the Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio, including anatomic and reverse shoulder systems
+ Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging aligned with surgeon and clinical needs
+ Plan and execute successful go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and portfolio enhancements
+ Manage product lifecycle activities, including forecasting, pricing support, and portfolio optimization
+ Identify, prioritize, and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with Sales and Medical Affairs
+ Partner with Medical Education to support surgeon training, cadaver labs, workshops, and major conferences
+ Gather and translate surgeon, customer, and market feedback into actionable product and lifecycle strategies
