Managing the global Product Portfolio: You manage and oversee the complete life cycle of a Service including inherent software and hardware from ideation, product specification, to the market launch and to market exit/product grave (PO). Thus, you develop a “Service-catalogue” (e.g. involving KEYTURE, LaaS, SLS, Emergency Lighting, Design Consulting, Recycling&Disposal, upgrade service, ...) within the SAP-system and make sure that it is in line with the brands, applications and sustainability plan of the companies.
Monitoring & evaluating the Performance: You are bearing the full responsibility for the product line’s profitability in relation to the brands, as well as guiding choices about investments and developments.
