**Key accountabilities**
+ Collaborate with sales, medical and cross functional teams to get in-depth understanding of rare disease patients journeys, HCP environment, competitive landscape to prioritize sources of growth, develop brand strategy and tactics to drive resource allocation and business performance
+ Responsible to design and lead the delivery of the brand operational plan on time and on budget through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
