Role Contour: Support the product strategy, research , analytics activities to measure the impact of
product initiatives via market insights and contribute to achieving product excellence across all
existing and new product areas.
Accountabilities:
Collecting primary data on product insights, customer feedback , consumers, competitors
and consolidating information into actionable for product development & management
Analyze customers, markets, and opportunities to balance risk, technical complexity and
value.
Ideating features, capabilities based on market intelligence about competition ,customers
Analyze sectors with respect to opportunities, issues, market trends, competitors perspectiveand identify potential new product offerings , new features
Capture data on product usage, adoption, consumer sentiment and generate insights to
