What We Look For

• The Blueprint: 4+ years of Product Management experience in Heavy Equipment dealerships, backed by a strong early career in Marketing.


• Education: S1 Degree (Engineering preferred), verified under PDDIKTI.


• Profile: 35–45 years old (Male preferred). An outgoing, adaptable, and proactive professional with excellent interpersonal skills.


• Languages: Fluent in English to seamlessly collaborate with Caterpillar and internal leads.
