The Product Manager will provide global commercial and strategic leadership across Flash Systems product portfolios, which contain BlueLight Flash Systems for UV disinfection and humm3 Flash Systems for heating of composites. The role combines hands‑on product management, market & competitive intelligence, and business development to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and portfolio innovation. This position acts as the voice of the customer internally, working closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and regional teams to translate market insights into winning product strategies and successful product execution across the full lifecycle.
