The Product Development Partner is a senior level product manager who leads the development and management of a portfolio of high-impact Medicare products within the government programs division at Select Health, overseeing aspects of product strategy, design, launch, and ongoing performance.

This role is responsible for driving the success of Medicare offerings across multiple states and/or market geographies, with projected annual revenue exceeding $400 million. The Product Development Partner collaborates with cross-functional teams—including clinical, compliance, operations, and sales—to ensure products meet regulatory requirements, deliver exceptional member value, and achieve business objectives.
