Job responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Development
Develop and manage annual/long-term Make up product portfolio strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, consumer/customer/professional insights leveraging, and brand strategy. Suggest make up development and colors(face/lip) closely working with central & region supported Marketing managerPro-actively identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product launches, working with strategic thinking. Base on the marketing calendar and analysis of the Korean Market, needs, and trend, establish the market- mix of all new products. 2. New products
