You manage the product life cycle of our lighting component including from product ideation (PI) to the market launch and to market exit/product grave (PO). As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our Lighting components and make a significant impact on our customers and industry.
You define and lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for lighting components, hence you establish the launch of innovative, new products and improve ones that are already on the market.
Aligned to this, you identify opportunities and trends by understanding of the relevant market (conduct market research, competitor benchmarking), customers’ demands and recognizing their requirements.
You collaborate intensively with our customers, sales, architects, product designers and other trades (electrical planners, electricians, etc.) to define and implement an innovative, customer-oriented product portfolio.
