Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager Lead to elevate product thinking, execution discipline, and customer-centricity across our trading ecosystemincluding our futures prop business, trading platform, and introducing broker (IB).

This is not a domain expert role. Instead, we are looking for a world-class product practitionersomeone trained in modern product management (e.g., high-performing digital organizations)who can coach, challenge, and uplevel a team of domain-heavy PMs.
