**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Report to Head of Wealth Commercialization and Wealth Lending, Wealth and Premier Solutions, Hong Kong and responsible to maintain day-to-day ownership and delivery of the Premium Financing (PF) portfolio, including end-to-end product lifecycle management, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring market competitiveness
+ Support the premium financing customer journey design and execution, manage and lead Transformation and IT to deliver changes in the PF application and product journeys
