Job Description
A customer is seeking a Product Manager to support their voice and landline feature team.
- Own the product backlog for Voice & Webmail platforms integrated with core IMS/VoIP and SIP services, writing clear and actionable user stories in Jira while ensuring alignment with core network capabilities.
- Collaborate with Design and core engineering teams to define user experiences across multiple customer types and portals, incorporating spam blocking, call routing, and voicemail features tied to carrier-grade infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans, partnering with core network vendors and full-stack developers to manage timelines and technical readiness for high-velocity feature launches.
