- Own application lifecycle activities including roadmaps, backlogs, integrations and ongoing enhancements.
- Gather requirements and features from business users and translate them into functional requirements.
- Draft and maintain business processes under a business analysis remit.
- Act as an SME for assigned applications, reviewing functional requirements from a technical perspective.
- Research and compare applications, engaging with the business during R&D and selection phases.
- Engage with business users across operations, front office, legal, tax, and business operations during application selection and onboarding.
