Position Overview
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or marketing within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and NPD processes.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of market research tools and data analytics.
