Join our product team as a Product Manager responsible for adapting and accelerating the launch of My Silae in the Spanish market.
Responsibilities
Understand user needs and the Spanish market by gathering feedback from users, partners, and stakeholders, and identify priorities.
Work closely with the France product team to adapt existing features to Spanish regulatory, business and usage specifics.
Prioritize product evolutions with PM France, the Lead PM and payroll/Human Resources consultants, balancing business impact, regulatory constraints and user experience.
Help set up product processes and go‑to‑market plans to accelerate my Silae deployment in Spain.
Contribute to the local offer structuring and solution packaging to maximize value for different customer segments.
