Position Overview
Job Summary As a Product Manager within the MEA RHQ you will lead initiatives across marketing, sales and production. You will collaborate closely with MEA subsidiaries and HQ to identify and resolve sales and marketing challenges. Your role will involve strategic decision‑making, data analysis and cross‑functional communication to drive product success across the region.
What You'll Do - Analyze sales and inventory trends (PSI weekly sales reports).
- Monitor new product launches and development schedules; coordinate with HQ and subsidiaries.
- Assess MEA regional sales performance and forecast future trends.
- Conduct channel sell‑out and flooring status analysis.
- Lead weekly meetings with HQ and subsidiary PMs/APMs to share sales operations updates and resolve issues.
