Position Overview
The Product Manager – Pharma will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the assigned OTx portfolio (Rx & OTC) in alignment with organizational objectives to achieve sustainable long‑term growth across the METAP region. The role will also provide business analytics support to the division to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
Roles and Responsibilities - Generate insights around patient journey and customer behaviour in assigned categories.
- Develop GTM strategy and marketing campaigns for existing and new OTx products.
- Execute campaigns across physicians, pharmacies, and e‑commerce/digital channels.
- Support marketing initiatives for e‑commerce platforms and in‑pharmacy trade.
- Prepare monthly business reviews for the division.
