- Manages and oversees the unit and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Responsible for attaining the unitβs monthly target set by the Management
- Plans, creates and implements systems and processes of products
- Conducts process analysis and problem resolution for the products
- Develops marketing plans and projects, promotions and marketing aids
- Designs market research projects to assess current product range
- Analyzes market conditions and evaluates market trends and competitions to determine what product enhancements should be made
- Reviews product data to ensure that the unit is kept up to date on new developments regarding competitors and companies products
