Product Listing Specialist / Virtual Assistant

Job Description

Responsible for organic sales, listing creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, HomeDepot, Walmart, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize listings based on marketing strategies
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Monitor performance, reviews, and rankings to drive organic sales
• Maintain account health across platforms
• Identify and resolve listing or content issues
• Communicate effectively with team leads

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other platforms
• Strong SEO and content creation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
