Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly driven PL HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives for the Insulation & Components Business across the HUB. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, driving safety culture, and supporting factories in achieving HSE KPIs.
How you’ll make an impact
Drive HSE compliance aligned with Hitachi Energy Management System & ISO standards
Work closely with factory leadership (Factory Manager, Production Manager, HSE teams)
Conduct weekly governance calls with business units for compliance tracking
Lead risk assessments, Lifesaving Rules compliance, and safety audits
Implement and monitor machine safety standards across factories
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring corrective actions
