Job Overview

As Product Lead for Cost Management, you lead squads to develop, implement, and maintain products and services that provide cost management solutions, including procurement activities, accounts payable, billing, internal charging, accounts receivable, asset and cash management, and cost accounting. You own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to execution. Your role includes coaching squads, defining priorities, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring compliance, risk control, and operational excellence across the Netherlands, ING Hubs and SSI partners in India.
