Job Purpose

The Integration Product Manager will lead and deliver strategic projects to consolidate and optimise Air IT’s product and partner landscape, with a primary focus on cost reduction, margin improvement, and operational efficiency across the MSP stack. This role is responsible for managing a range of initiatives, working closely with all departments to ensure successful delivery, integration with business systems including billing, CRM, and operational processes, and achievement of measurable business outcomes. The Product Manager will also lead End of Life (EOL) programmes such as unmanaged AV to managed EDR migration, local server switch‑off, Server 2016 migration to Azure, and supplier and product consolidation, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with vendors to maximise efficiency and ROI.
