Responsible for the timely and successful installation of KLA products at customer sites. This primarily includes the scheduling of resources and the management of the overall installation (Tier1) and post Installation (Tier-2) process.Directly manages a team of Product Install Engineers and Application Engineers, provides directions to employees according to established policies and management guidanceOversee installation performance to ensure projects are completed according to plan. Proactively escalate issues to the appropriate functional groups and collaborate with HQ and Technical Support to resolve technical escalations, ensuring timely Warranty Start.Escalate installation activities to the KLA Service Product Install Manager as needed.
