SAP Pricing & Billing Product Experts are specialists in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. Product Experts provide deep functional and/or technical expertise in their specific domain. They are responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of their module, gathering and clarifying business requirements and defining stories to streamline execution and provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using interviews, process reviews, shadowing, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, task & workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, identify and close gaps, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying tru...
