As a Product Expert in Technical Support, you are the go-to person for technical questions on assigned platforms. You act as the interface between customers, service, sales, and global solutions teams, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution. - Provide technical support, remote and telephone service for customers and Field Service Engineers.
