Responsible for functional testing and debugging of electronic products during production and NPI stages.
Operate and utilize testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC/AC power supplies, spectrum analyzers, audio analyzers, and other related equipment.
Analyze product defects, perform troubleshooting, and prepare Failure Analysis reports in PowerPoint format.
Develop, modify, and optimize testing programs according to product requirements.
Prepare and maintain Work Instructions for each testing station and process flow.
Monitor and improve product First Pass Yield (FPY) and testing efficiency.
Support production in resolving technical and testing-related issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D departments for product improvement and process enhancement.
