**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Responsible for new product development, including product analysis, design, calculation, and test verification.
+ Responsible for product performance improvement, cost reduction, and localization.
+ Responsible for electrical control system capability building, with a special focus on pump application technology.
+ Provide technical support for global product sales.
+ Provide technical support for troubleshooting and authoring 8D reports.

**What We're Looking For**

+ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulics Engineering.
+ Min. 5 years working experience on Hydraulics pump or motor.
+ Good hydraulic pump or related knowledge.
