The Product Engineer (Growth) is responsible for designing, building, and executing rapid experimentation cycles to drive measurable growth across Plastic Bank's digital products and platforms.
This role focuses on shipping bi-weekly experiments, building MVPs, and contributing to technical architecture that supports acquisition, activation, and monetization goals.
The position requires hands-on technical execution using modern web development tools and AI-assisted development practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experiment Design & Execution (60% building, 20% running, 20% analysis)
Design and launch bi-weekly growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, conversion, or retention metrics
Build customer-facing features, internal tools, and standalone prototypes/MVPs
Execute A/B tests, feature flag deployments, and landing page experiments
