Overview Product Engineer with NPI Experience
Plans, directs, and coordinates product assembly and test processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, test equipment and test software by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities
Responsible for product engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.
Participating in NPI activities including DFA and DFM, technical review & support with the design team (Flex design center/ Customer).
Participating on technical review and analysis for new business RFP package to provide FGCM inputs (Cycle Time, Space) and NRE for manufacturing setup (Facilities, Jig, Fixture, Tester).
Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications, bill of materials, test methods, test software and design changes and responds to their request.
