Role Overview
Applies engineering principles to design, develop, and launch automotive products that meet customer specifications and performance requirements. Supports both new product development and existing production through continuous improvement and value engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product design and development from concept through validation and launchCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and program teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DfMA)Serve as subject matter expert on customer specifications and performance requirementsDrive problem-solving using tools such as DOE, DFSS, and 8D methodologiesManage engineering changes (CR/CN) and track to timely resolutionSupport prototype, pre-production, and production builds<...
